We utilize multiple carriers to deliver packages within the United States.

  • Letters: Ship within 7-10 business days of your order date.
  • All other products: Ship within 3–5 business days after payment is verified and processed (excluding weekends and holidays).

When your order ships, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing the shipping carrier and tracking number (exceptions noted for international letters).


Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. We reserve the right to select the carrier that best fits our shipping needs at the time of fulfillment.


Shipping Address Requirements

  • Please ensure your shipping information is complete and accurate, including correct abbreviations.
  • We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
  • Providing your email address is encouraged in case we need to contact you regarding your order.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s), minus the original shipping charge.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, shipping method, and distance from our warehouse. Free shipping for the letters.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charge plus the cost of returning the package to us. These amounts will be deducted from any credit issued.

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • You must contact the delivery carrier directly to resolve the issue.
  • We do not accept responsibility or issue refunds for packages the carrier confirms as delivered.
